The property's story

The adventure began in 2008, when a French family traveling in Quebec purchased a forest for sale near the Saguenay Fjord. The first treehouse cabins were built in 2010, followed by summer cabins in 2013, then transparent bubbles in 2014. Each generation of accommodation added a different way to sleep at the heart of the canopy.

Three accommodation types share the property's 24 hectares, accessed by a 5 to 10-minute trail from the parking area.

When to visit

The property follows the distinct seasonal rhythm of the Saguenay region. From June to September, the forest is fully accessible, whales migrate into the estuary and Tadoussac festivals (Chanson de Tadoussac, Jazz under the Moon, Happening des Arts) enliven the region. Autumn, from mid-September to mid-October, showcases the colors of the boreal maple forests. Winter transforms the bubbles and cabins under snow, offering excellent opportunities for northern lights viewing on clear nights.
