Seigneurie du Triton: full day outdoor adventure, trails, canoeing & stargazing evening
Your last full day to enjoy the property: hike the trails and interpretation courses (wildlife, flora, fur-bearing animals and trapping, mycology), then take to the water by canoe, kayak, rabaska, pedal boat or paddle board, with swimming in the lake and river.
Continue with peatbog observation, foraging and tasting wild berries and mushrooms (in season), not forgetting the archery course.
In the evening, settle around the campfire with marshmallows and wild tea, embark on a night-time boat ride at the pace of ancient legends, look up at the starry sky and finish with a slideshow or film about Quebec wildlife.
Quebec UNESCO: Old Quebec, Grand Market & Night at the Augustinian Monastery
Peacefully join the city of Quebec, capital of the province and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, while admiring the panoramic views of the river along the way.
Park your vehicle and stroll through the alleyways of Old Quebec and Petit-Champlain, continue onto Dufferin Terrace in front of the iconic Château Frontenac, then finish on the Plains of Abraham. For a fine showcase of local produce under one roof, head to the Grand Marché de Quebec where over a hundred producers, processors and artisans share their passion.

Bas-Saint-Laurent maritime: Kamouraska, Jardins de la Mer & flavors of Bic
Crossing the Bas-Saint-Laurent immerses you in a more maritime atmosphere, between stunning landscapes along the river and typical villages with ancestral homes.
A must-stop in Kamouraska: taste the delights of Boulangerie Niemand, treat yourself at the La Fée Gourmande chocolate shop and stroll through the heart of the village.
In Saint-Germain, discover the Jardins de la Mer, committed to preserving the river and its banks, and their products harvested along the Saint-Laurent (herbal teas, spices, seaweed including glasswort).
On the road to Bic, take a break at the local microbrewery La Tête d'Allumette.

Then spend the day discovering the magnificent Bic National Park, which offers superb views of the river along its rocky headlands and bays. With a bit of luck, you'll spot a few grey seals lounging in the sun on the rocks.

Whale Route: Les Escoumins, Tadoussac & arrival in Baie-Saint-Paul
Cross the river to reach the north shore and head towards Charlevoix.
Take advantage of the Whale Route for a whale-watching cruise between Les Escoumins and the mouth of the fjord.
Food lovers, stop at the Poissonnerie-Restaurant des Escoumins to taste local products.
At Tadoussac, take a break in this charming tourist village whose bay is among the most beautiful in the world. The road along the river in Charlevoix is simply magnificent.
Near Baie-Saint-Paul, in the countryside, settle into your charming inn Le Carpe Diem, set up in a former presbytery nearly a hundred years old.

Gourmet Charlevoix: Flavors Route & terroir between river and mountains

Quietly head to the Quebec region.
Stop at Île d'Orléans for a gourmet break amid bucolic landscapes: small ancestral homes, historic monuments and breathtaking views of the north and south shores of the river, with the city of Quebec as a backdrop and splendid sunsets. Cideries, chocolate shop, nougat shop, pick-your-own strawberries and raspberries, jams, cheeses… and the unmissable Cassis Monna & Filles, which transforms blackcurrants into delicious products in an enchanting setting.

The information below concerns travelers who are nationals of the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and Canada traveling to Canada for a tourist stay. As entry rules may change, we recommend that you verify this information with the official authorities before your departure.
Passport
To enter Canada, your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your planned stay. It is however strongly advised that it remains valid for at least six months after your planned return date.
The document must have at least one blank page for immigration stamps and be in good condition (no damaged, torn or altered pages).
Canadian nationals must present their Canadian passport or permanent resident card according to their status.
Tourist stay without visa
Nationals of the European Economic Area and Switzerland benefit from a visa exemption for tourist stays in Canada.
This exemption allows a stay of up to 6 months upon entry to the territory, at the discretion of the Canadian border services officer.
The authorities may request:
an exit ticket from the territory (return or onward flight),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay,
documentation regarding the purpose and conditions of your stay.
Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)
Nationals of the EEA and Switzerland traveling by air must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before departure. This requirement does not apply to travel by land or sea.
The eTA is electronically linked to your passport and allows Canadian authorities to verify traveler eligibility. It is valid for 5 years or until passport expiry, for multiple entries.
To obtain it, you must provide:
passport information
a valid email address
a payment method (fees amount to 7 CAD)
The application must be submitted online on the official Canadian government website, ideally several days before departure. Confirmation is generally sent by email within minutes, but may sometimes take several days.
Health
No vaccines are mandatory to enter Canada. It is nonetheless recommended that you ensure routine vaccinations (diphtheria, tetanus, measles, etc.) are up to date before departure.
Purchasing travel health and repatriation insurance is strongly advised, as medical costs in Canada are particularly high for foreign visitors not covered by a public health plan.
Travel with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
When a child travels with only one parent or an adult who is not their parent, Canadian authorities may request a letter of consent signed by the absent parent(s), accompanied if possible by identification documents from them. While this document is not systematically required, it is strongly recommended to avoid any issues upon entry.
In some European countries, an authorization to leave the territory may also be required according to the regulations of the country of residence.

Entry conditions may vary depending on nationality. Travelers concerned should inquire at the Canadian embassy or consulate in their country of residence or consult the official Canadian government website.
